Yes, that is the main use. Open the same board on both, paste on the phone, and the text is on the computer straight away, ready to copy.
Files are deleted automatically after 1 hour or 24 hours; you choose when you upload. Text stays until you clear it, and a board that goes 30 days without a change is deleted.
Anyone who knows the board name can open it, so treat it like a shared link. A PIN stops other people editing or clearing it, but not reading it. Do not use it for passwords or private documents.
